ORION Approved Territories by State:

All of Florida approved EXCEPT: Jacksonville, Naples & Cape Coral

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1 – 3 days processing before dispatch.

GROUND SERVICES:

Most orders will be sent from Ohio & Florida using UPS, FedEx or USPS Ground Service and shipping normally takes from 1 to 5 business days (please don’t forget to add processing time as above). If you wish to get an approximation of timing, try using this helpful tool provided by UPS.

LTL CARRIERS:

Very large items will be sent using LTL carriers –

From Ohio: Dayton Freight, FedEx Priority, FedEx Economy, R+L Carriers, UPS Freight & Old Dominion.
From Florida: FedEx Priority, FedEx Economy, R+L Carriers (Gator) & AAA Cooper.

DAMAGED/SHORTAGES FREIGHT POLICY:

United Parcel Service/FedEx Ground Shipments – Please save all boxes and packing materials and contact our customer service department immediately – either call 888 626 1359 or email us at sales@caraudiodiscountdepot.com and we will help you.

All Truckline Shipments – All shortages or damages must be noted on the Bill of Lading with the driver’s signature. Please note the number of boxes received and details regarding the condition of the shipment received. Failure to note damaged or missing items at the time of delivery could result in denial of any claim filed. Please contact our customer service department immediately at sales@caraudiodiscountdepot.com to file a claim within 48 hours.
